This Giveaway (as defined below) is sponsored by Luckies Furniture & Bedding Warehouse, located at 1714 Pass Road, Biloxi, MS 39531. Luckies is also the administrator of the Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway (as defined below), participants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may, at Luckies discretion, result in disqualification. All decisions of Luckies regarding this Giveaway are final and binding in all respects. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media platform.

1. GIVEAWAY TIMEFRAME: The Giveaway begins at 10:00:01 AM Central Standard Time (“CST”) on January 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CST on November 30, 2024 (the “Giveaway Timeframe”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 AM CST on November 30, 2024.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Harrison County, Hancock County, Jackson County, Stone County, Pearl River County, George County, and Greene County MS who are the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry, and currently reside in (and are physically located in) the Eligibility Area at the time of entry (“Participants”). Only individuals may enter; no entry from any corporation or other entity shall be accepted. This Giveaway is VOID outside of the Eligibility Area and where otherwise taxed, prohibited, or restricted. By participating in this Giveaway, each Participant, (a) accepts the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules, (b) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Luckies, which are final and binding in all respects, (c) warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Giveaway, and (d) agrees to receive additional marketing communications from Luckies, from which Participant may opt-out of at any time.

3. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win. You may enter in store and by completing the contest registration form during the Giveaway Timeframe and correctly follow the instructions to complete and submit all required information (which may include your name, a valid and active email address, mailing address, and phone number) to complete an entry into this Giveaway (individually, an “Entry” or collectively, the “Entries”). To be eligible as a Participant in this Giveaway, Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CST on November 30, 2024. All entry information must be complete to qualify. No changes to any Entry, Entry materials or information are permitted once submitted. All Entries become the property of Luckies Furniture and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. HOW TO CLAIM: Participant must be able to provide basic contact information for themselves and or the nominee to claim the prize. The selected winner will be contacted by the phone with instructions to receive the prize. Once chosen the winner will be responsible for claiming the prize at the Luckies Furniture store location. Luckies Furniture reserves the right to challenge, disqualify, or revoke an entry for any given reason if deemed necessary.

5. PRIZE: The prize will be awarded subject to these rules. One (1) "Prize Winner" will receive one (1) prize consisting of: A $5,000 in store giveaway. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of the Prize will be permitted. The Prize may not be combined with any other offer.

6. DISQUALIFICATION; DISCLAIMERS: Potential Prize Winner must take delivery of the Prize no earlier than December 1, 2024, and no later than January 31, 2024. Luckies reserves the right to terminate the person’s eligibility to participate in this and future promotions and giveaway offered by Luckies.
